Adult Programs: Female Residential Programs
Supporting Women - Enhancing Success
Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) offers multiple strength-based, trauma-informed programs serving female state and federal work release clients, supporting them as they obtain full-time employment and meet financial, self-sufficiency, and family reunification goals. Some models allow women and their children to reside together during the program duration. Each program focuses on gender responsive programming to help women address substance abuse and mental health issues and provides direct treatment services that addresses their criminogenic needs.
CSI has experience in the operation of the Mothers and Infants Nurturing Together (MINT) program funded by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for pregnant and newly postpartum women. In the MINT program, clients begin services during in their last trimester, receive local medical care, give birth, and then remain in the program for another three months so they can bond with their child.
